The Place for Children with Autism Elgin provides center-based ABA therapy in a preschool-like environment for children with autism. Individual therapy is combined with group activities so children can work on personalized developmental goals while also practicing skills in shared settings.
The Elgin center spans more than 9,000 square feet and includes six classrooms, an open gym and activity area, three separate playgrounds, and an all-seasons patio. This mix of indoor and outdoor spaces gives therapists flexibility to incorporate movement, play, structured learning, and social interaction into the child’s day.
Treatment plans are individualized for each child and developed with family needs and priorities in mind. The clinical team uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis principles while adapting goals and activities to each child’s progress.
