By accessing or using Nuroatlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms periodically — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Nuroatlas is an informational directory of autism care providers. We are not a healthcare provider and we do not offer medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice. The information on this site is for general reference only.

Always consult with qualified professionals before making decisions about autism care or treatment.

We source listing data from public records, government databases and verified provider submissions. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Hours, services, insurance acceptance and other details change frequently.

Before relying on listing details, please verify directly with the center.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse or impersonate other users or providers.
• Scrape, harvest or republish directory data without written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Providers may claim their basic listing free of charge. Enhanced and Premium plans are paid upgrades governed by these additional terms:

• Billing: Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our For providers page.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts. Paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
• Featured placement: Featured status is always disclosed to families. We reserve the right to remove featured status if a listing receives validated complaints.

All site content — design, text, logos, code — is owned by Nuroatlas or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Listing data sourced from public records is not subject to our copyright, but our compilation, presentation and editorial content are. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will meet your specific needs. We make no guarantees about the quality, safety or suitability of any center listed in the directory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuroatlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any interactions with listed providers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, if greater).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuroatlas, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
