Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare

The Neurodevelopmental Center provides integrated care for youth with co-occurring psychiatric conditions and intellectual or developmental disabilities. This collaborative program between Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare and Easterseals offers comprehensive assessment and treatment through a multidisciplinary team. Services include psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech pathology, audiology, and nutrition support. The center uses a care coordination model to connect families with community resources and ongoing support services. Treatment plans address complex needs through cohesive team collaboration. A Project Advisory Council ensures the program meets community standards and family expectations. The center specializes in serving youth with dual diagnoses of mental health disorders alongside autism or other developmental disabilities. Staff work closely with families to provide coordinated care that addresses multiple treatment needs simultaneously.
