OHSU Child Development and Rehabilitation Center

OHSU's Eugene Child Development and Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment services for children and young adults with developmental needs and chronic conditions. The center serves patients up to age 21, with specialized transition services available through age 24.

Their multidisciplinary team includes developmental-behavioral pediatricians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and pediatric nurse practitioners. The center maintains strong partnerships with community providers and organizations to support families in accessing coordinated care.

Outreach clinics extend services to families in Medford and Klamath Falls throughout the year. Services are delivered through a center-based model with care coordination support available, including registered nurse home visits through their CaCoon program.

The center requires completion of an intake packet before scheduling initial appointments.
