MECA Therapies Early Intervention

MECA Therapies provides comprehensive developmental support for New Mexico families from pregnancy through age 21. The organization offers early intervention services for infants and toddlers birth to three years, including speech, occupational, and physical therapy delivered in home and community settings.

Their outpatient clinic in Las Cruces serves children and adolescents ages 3-21 with specialized therapy for autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other developmental conditions. ABA therapy is available with individualized treatment plans focused on communication, social skills, and independence.

Additional programs include maternal health services, home visiting, and family coaching.
